Job Description

Rapid Run Logistics LLC drivers may be required to:

• Safely operate a company or approved transportation vehicle.
• Follow assigned trip schedules, pickup times, destinations, and dispatch instructions.
• Communicate immediately with dispatch regarding delays, schedule conflicts, member concerns, or safety issues.
• Contact members to verify trip attendance before pick up and educate them on their estimated arrival time.
• Assist passengers entering and exiting the vehicle when appropriate.
• Safely secure wheelchairs, walkers, and other mobility equipment when trained and assigned.
• Maintain professional, respectful, and confidential communication.
• Accurately complete electronic and written trip documentation.
• Keep always assigned vehicles clean and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Use a smartphone, GPS, navigation system, Walkie Talkie, and electronic driver application.
• Maintain reliable attendance and arrive on time for assigned shifts and trips.
• Follow company safety policies, transportation requirements, and member confidentiality standards.
